To provide a waterproof structure in which decrease in waterproofness is suppressed by suppressing deterioration of an O-ring.
A waterproof structure includes a case (10) in which a communication hole (12) is formed, and a waterproof member (30) provided in the communication hole. The waterproof member includes a breathing filter (40), an installation member (50), a protection member (60). The installation member includes a cylinder part (51) which is provided in the communication hole, and whose opening is blocked by the breathing filter, a hook part (52) provided on the end of the cylinder part positioned inside the case, an annular part (53) provided on the end of the cylinder part positioned outside the case, and an O-ring (54) held between the annular part and the case. The protection member includes an annular side wall (61) surrounding the O-ring and a lid part (62) for blocking an opening apart from the case out of two openings constituted by the side wall. An irregularity (70) for being joined together is formed on the side wall and the outer wall of the case.
