Abstract:
To provide a waterproof screw which can be used in the same mode as a normal screw and achieves high waterproof effect.SOLUTION: In a waterproof screw 1 including a seal material 7 on a head seat surface 5, a step part 6 is molded at an outer peripheral edge of the head seat surface and the annular seal material is disposed at the step part. Further, an inner diameter of the seal material is set to be larger than an inner diameter of a run-through hole 11 of a fastened member 10. In the waterproof screw, the seal material does not rub against an opening edge of the run-through hole of the fastened member when the waterproof screw is screwed and thus water leak is not caused by damage of the seal material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
