Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-retentive block which can easily and promptly be produced without any complicated process for providing a communicating hole on a surface and also can effectively suppress a remarkable rise of a surface temperature by a direct sunlight at the summer season.
SOLUTION: The water-retentive block contains cement, aggregate, water and a water retainer. The water retainer contains at least one selected from an autoclave-cured foam concrete granule, perlite powder and granule, and rock wool powder and granule.
