Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent leakage of acid water and to eliminate a work to discharge ash, in a water injection temperature reducing device to reduce the temperature of exhaust gas discharged from an incinerator.
CONSTITUTION: A water injection temperature reducing device for incinerator exhaust gas comprises a water injection temperature reducing device 5 located in the exhaust gas discharge route of an incinerator and provided with an exhaust gas inlet 9 and an exhaust gas outlet 10 and a water injection nozzle 11 to reduce the temperature of exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust gas inlet 9, a fluidized layer device 6 arranged to the bottom of the water injection temperature reducing device 5 and a fluidized bed 16 which dries water and wet soot, both dropped to a bottom, and a hot gas feeding device 8 to feed hot gas for drying to the fluidized bed device 6 and the fluidized bed 16.
