Abstract:
To provide a wastewater treatment facility or the like that can relatively easily determine whether either a cation break or an anion break has occurred.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a wastewater treatment facility or the like including: a first ion exchange part that performs either anion exchange or cation exchange to wastewater containing ion components; a second ion exchange part for that performs ion exchange of opposite charge to the first ion exchange part, to the first ion exchange water that has passed through the first ion exchange part; a third ion exchange part that performs either anion exchange or cation exchange to the second ion exchange water that has passed through the second ion exchange part; a conductivity measuring unit for measuring at least the conductivity of the second ion exchange water and the conductivity of the third ion exchange water having passed through the third ion exchange part; and a calculation unit that determines that a break has occurred in either the first ion exchange part or the second ion exchange part by a calculation process, based on the conductivity of the second ion exchange water, and the conductivity difference between the second ion exchange water and the third ion exchange water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
