Abstract:
To provide a wash-free rice manufacturing machine which is compact as a whole, and which can reduce cost.SOLUTION: A wash-free rice manufacturing machine 1 includes: a rice washing part 10 for performing rice washing treatment by agitating rice with water; a dewatering part 20 for dewatering the rice supplied from the rice washing part 10; and a drying part 30 for drying the rice supplied from the dewatering part 20. The rice washing part 10 includes an agitation body 11 and a rice washing cylinder 12 surrounding the agitation body 11. The dewatering part 20 includes an agitation body 21 and a dewatering cylinder 22 surrounding the agitation body 21. The drying part 30 includes an agitation body 31, and a drying cylinder 32 surrounding the agitation body 31. The rice washing part 10, the dewatering part 20 and the drying part 30 are disposed in series in this order. The wash-free rice manufacturing machine includes a rotatable main shaft 3 inserted in the rice washing cylinder 12, the dewatering cylinder 22 and the drying cylinder 32. The agitation bodies 11, 21, 31 are fitted and fixed to the outer periphery of the main shaft 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
