Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration reduction device capable of ensuring sufficient attachment strength in a case of attaching a cover covering a pendulum mass liquid-tightly and attaching the other member by a rivet.SOLUTION: In a vibration reduction device in which a pendulum mass 14 is held by a rotating body 15 and a case member 19 covering the pendulum mass 14 and a predetermined member transmitting a torque from the rotating body 15 are coupled to the rotating body 15 by a rivet 20, the rivet 20 includes a head portion 20a, a first shaft portion 20b, and a second shaft portion 20c, the first shaft portion 20b is caulked in a state of penetrating the rotating body 15 and the case member 19 superimposed on both side surfaces of the rotating body 15 to fasten the rotating body 15 to the case member 19, and the second shaft member 20c is caulked in a state of penetrating the predetermined member along the other surface of the head portion 20a to fix the predetermined member to the rotating body 15.
