Abstract:
The vibration isolator (1) has a base (7) on which a load (8) to be isolated is anti-vibration mounted with a coil spring (2) that is effective in a vertical direction. An adjusting element (5) is used for adjusting the height of the vibration isolator. The coil spring is rigidly connected to the base or to the load to be isolated, in a horizontal direction. An independent claim is included for vibration isolation system.
