PURPOSE: To prevent the leakage of operating oil and facilitate elevating operation by using a variable displacement pump as a pump, and providing an adjusting means for adjusting the displacement of the pump on the basis of manual operation.
CONSTITUTION: A cylinder block 6 in the casing 1 of a piston pump is provided with plural pistons 9, and each piston 9 is reciprocated at the stroke corresponding to the inclination of a cam plate 13 in association with the rotation of a rotary shaft 3 so as to perform the suction and discharge of operating oil to/from a bore 8. A cam plate tilting rod 24 serving as an adjusting means is engaged with an oblong hole 23 provided at the upper end of the cam plate 13, and the tip of the rod 24 is connected to an operating lever 26 at a driver's seat. In the case of lifting a vessel, the inclination of the cam plate 13 is set along A, and in association with the rotation of the shaft 3, operating oil is sucked into the pump from a suction passage 12a and discharged from a discharge passage 12b. In the case of stopping the vessel, the inclination is set vertically, and in the case of lowering the vessel, the inclination is set along C.
