To provide a vehicular interior member structure which can inhibit deterioration of the appearance in a passenger compartment and leakage of noise.SOLUTION: An interior member 1 molded by a resin includes: a hook part 10 which may engage with a luggage holding member for holding luggage in a passenger compartment; and a panel part 20 which has a support surface 21, supporting the hook part 10 at the passenger compartment inner side, and forms at least a part of an inner wall surface facing the passenger compartment inner side. The hook part 10 has: an engagement part 11 which is arranged spaced apart to the passenger compartment inner side from the support surface 21; multiple support parts 12 which extend from the engagement part 11 to the outside of the passenger compartment and are connected to the support surface 21; and an insertion part 13 surrounded by the support surface 21, the engagement part 11, and the multiple support parts 12 and into which the luggage holding member is inserted. The panel part 20 has: an opening 25 which is formed at a position, which overlaps with the insertion part 13, of the support surface 21 when viewed from the passenger compartment inner side and communicates with the insertion part 13; and a lid part 26 which may open or close the opening 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
