Abstract:
To suppress wear of a lock claw portion of a parking pole by lowering the surface pressure of an engagement surface between a gear of a parking gear and a lock claw portion of the parking pole, and to suppress enlargement and an increase of weight to save a space.SOLUTION: A parking mechanism of a vehicle has a parking pole equipped with a claw portion, and a parking gear that is removably engaged with the claw portion. The parking gear is equipped with a tooth crest portion extended in a rotation axis direction of the parking gear while having a predetermined angle. The claw portion has the predetermined angle with respect to the rotation axis direction, and abuts on the tooth crest portion to engage with the parking gear.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
