At the end of an impeller shaft 3, an impeller 4 with a vane is installed. This impeller 4, and a runner 6 with a vane are opposed each other, and the runner 6 is installed to the end of an output shaft 5. A rotary casing 8 is installed at the outer peripheral side of the impeller 4, and it forms a housing space of operation oil together with the runner 6. At the middle part in the axial direction of the rotary casing 8 and the runner 6, an oil suction disk 7 forming a suction port 9 is held at a casing static part. The operation oil sucked from the suction port is exhausted from the fluid coupling through a flow passage 9e formed at the casing static part.
