To provide a valve capable of monitoring an actual contact pressure for securing sealability not only during assembly but also after assembly.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a valve with sensor comprising: a valve body 2 including a communication part 24 connecting an inlet flow passage 21 of a fluid with an outlet flow passage 22; a valve element 3 including a penetration hole 31 and disposed in the communication part 24 of the valve body 2 in a rotatable manner around a reference axis; and a valve seat 5 formed in a substantially cylindrical shape including a required opening on a peripheral wall and disposed in tight contact with the valve element 3. In the valve, the valve element 3 is rotated around the reference axis, such that the inlet flow passage 21 and the outlet flow passage 22 are communicated and cut off. The valve also comprises a sensor 100 disposed between an energizing member which presses the valve seat 5 towards the valve element 3, and a receiving member which receives the energizing member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
