Abstract:
To provide a thickness reduction diagnostic system for a valve, a thickness reduction diagnostic method for a valve and a thickness reduction diagnostic service for a valve that enable thickness reduction of a valve inner wall to be diagnosed for each area in a valve.SOLUTION: A thickness reduction diagnostic system 100 for a valve comprises: a flow channel shape generation unit 102 which generates flow channel shape data; a mesh generation unit 103 which divides a flow channel region into small regions to generate meshes; a fluid state quantity calculation unit 104 which calculates a fluid state quantity in each small region; a thickness reduction speed calculation unit 105 which calculates a thickness reduction speed in each region of an inner wall of a valve 1; a cumulative thickness reduction quantity calculation unit 106; and a data storage unit 108. A thickness reduction diagnostic method for a valve comprises: dividing the flow channel region into the plurality of small regions and calculating a fluid state quantity of each small region; and calculating a thickness reduction speed and a cumulative thickness reduction quantity of each small region of the valve. In a thickness reduction diagnostic service for a valve, a server receives information specifying valve shape data, and transmits data on a cumulative thickness reduction quantity calculated based upon the valve shape data to a client.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
