Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a dead volume, prevent occurrence of gas lock and reduce a size by reducing a flow passage length for transfer fluid.SOLUTION: A reciprocation pump comprises a suction port for introducing transfer fluid to a pump chamber of a pump head via a suction valve, a discharge port for discharging the transfer fluid from the pump chamber via a discharge valve, and a degassing port for exhausting gas in the pump chamber via a degassing valve. The degassing port is arranged on an upper side of pump head than the suction port and the discharge port. The degassing valve has a valve elastically deformable by pressure or fluid force from the pump chamber, and first and second valve seats arranged above and below the valve. On the lower surface of the first valve seat, a first contact part is provided, which contacts with the upper surface of the valve when the transfer fluid is discharged. On the upper surface of the second valve seat, a second contact part is provided, which contacts with the lower surface of the valve when the transfer fluid is sucked in. A predetermined air gap is formed between the first contact part and the valve when the pump is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
