Abstract:
To provide a valve for powder with which powder can be easily dispensed, and by ensuring the removal of powder adhering to the surface of a valve body, etc., not only makes cleaning work easier, but also makes powder hard to adhere to the surface of the valve body, etc. during normal supply operation.SOLUTION: On a main body 23, a channel 24 is formed for powder supplied from an inlet port 21 to flow toward an outlet port 22 formed directly below the inlet port 21. Between the inflow port 21 and the outflow port 22, a valve seat 30 is formed along a plane that crosses the flow path 24 obliquely. A valve body 32 comes in contact with and separates from the valve seat 30 to open and close the flow path 24. The valve seat 30 is formed by making at least a part of the inner wall surface of the main body 23 protrude. Air supply ports 26 and 27 inject air to powder flowing from the inlet port 21 toward the outlet port 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
