Abstract:
To enable uniform compression of an elastic seal member in a close state of a vacuum valve.SOLUTION: A valve plate is equipped with a plate portion 1 to which a seal member 2 is attached on a front side, and a coupling device that is disposed on a rear side of the plate portion 1 and couples the valve plate to a supporting device of the vacuum valve. The coupling device has two coupling portions 5 extending in a longitudinal direction, and each coupling portion 5 is coupled to the plate portion 1 at both end portions separated in the longitudinal direction 3. Each coupling portion 5 is disposed at an interval from the plate portion 1 in an area between both end portions, and forms a slot 6 extending between the plate portion 1 and each coupling portion 5. Each coupling portion 5 has a coupling mechanism 5c for coupling to an end portion of each valve rod of the supporting device of the vacuum valve at a center part of a longitudinal extension part thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
