Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a plug stick phenomenon, etc., by preventing the leak of corrosive fluid by the grand seal part of a valve main body upper cover part, lowering the entire height of the valve main body and restraining a vibration.
CONSTITUTION: A yarn packing 21, V letter shape fluorine resin packing 22 and metal made rings 23, 24 at both ends 23, 24 are arranged in the grand hole for holding a valve shaft 6a with an upper cover 2. A lantern ring 25 is arranged on this grand hole upper part as a gas sump member and this part is positioned to a nearly equal position to the installation part of a yoke 18 for operation instrument or a higher position than this. An introduction passage 30 for introducing an inert gas (N2 GAS) in this lantern ring part is formed in such state that a gas introduction port 31 opening at the more down side than the yoke installation part of the upper cover is connected to the lantern ring 25 part.
