To provide a valve device capable of enhancing the seating performance of its valve element to the valve seat even in case a pressure fluid of comparatively high pressure and large rate of flow is introduced into a pressure chamber.
The valve device comprises a first body 110 having a primary chamber 110a to which the pressure fluid is introduced through an inlet port 111, a second body 120 having a secondary chamber 120a from which the pressure fluid is led out through an outlet port 121, a shaft 140 to be displaced in the axial direction by a solenoid 150, the valve element 130 coupled with the shaft 140 to make displacement therewith to change over the relation between the primary 110a and secondary chambers 120a from communicated condition to discommunicated condition and vice versa, and a guide member 160 to hold the peripheral surface of the shaft 140 slidably and thereby guide the shaft 140 in the axial direction.
