This valve device has a body for arranging a primary chamber 110a for introducing fluid and a secondary chamber 120a for deriving the fluid, a shaft 140 extended to the primary chamber 110a side from the secondary chamber 120a side and displaced in the axial direction by a driving mechanism, and the valve element 130 for making the primary chamber 110a and the secondary chamber 120a communicative with each other, or disconnecting them according to the displacement of the shaft 140. The valve element 130 is arranged in the primary chamber 110a, and constituted so as to open a valve by being displaced toward a primary chamber 110a wall forming the primary chamber 110a. The valve element 130 is characterized in that at least its top 135 is formed of a curved projecting elastic member capable of elastically abutting on the wall.
