At least one oscillation control rocker member 12 acting for controlling at least one fluid duct openings 25a and 25b, and movable between two terminal positions 31a and 31b, is mounted in a control chamber 8. One oscillating position of the control rocker member 12 is moved by an electrically driven flexible element 37. The flexible element 37 can act on an operating part 42 of the control rocker member 12 in the control chamber 8. The control rocker member 12 is energized to the first terminal position 31a by a spring means 36. On the other hand, the flexible element 37 is engaged with the operating part 42 of the control rocker member 12 without receiving the mechanical stress and being energized by the spring in a state of not being electrically activated.
