This valve device includes the valve state holding member 9 having an opening state holding part 93 fitted between a second locking wall 27 and a second locking part 53 when a valve element is an opening state and a closing state holding part 94 fitted between a first locking wall 26 and a first locking part 52 when the valve element is a closing state, and the operation handle 5 is fixed by the valve state holding member 9.
