To attain efficiently a high operation temperature for starting the parts by heating these composition parts of the fuel processing equipment quickly.
The fuel processing equipment 10 for rapid starting and operation control is equipped with a reformer 14, a shift reactor 18, and a priority oxidation reactor 20 so that hydrogen for generating electricity with two or more H2-O2 fuel cells 22 may be derived. In order to control the critical temperature operation of the shift reactor without needing a separate cooling loop, the heating and cooler mechanism is connected at least to the shift reactor 18. This heating and cooler mechanism, respectively generates thermal energy as a generation thing of combustion temperature of air and the fuel, and removes it. An anode outflow and a cathode outflow, that is air, are used in order to control the temperature output of the heating mechanism. An evaporator is prepared so that the priority oxidation reactor 20 may be heated even to the operation temperature.
