PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underlay whose durability and outlook do not deteriorate with long time use.SOLUTION: An underlay 1 consists of a plate shaped core material 10 with cushioning property, a surface material 20 that covers the whole upper surface and at least a predetermined areas from edges of an under surface of the plate shaped core material 10, and an adhesion layer 30 that bonds the surface material 20 to at least part of the upper surface, and at least part of the covered part by the surface material 20 on the under surface of the plate shaped core material 10, and all sides of the plate shaped core material 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
