Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily adjust each opening degree to fine opening and full opening, by installing a projection on the first rod, installing a stopper at the position corresponding to the projection on the second valve and forming an opened port part for adjusting a flow rate adjusting nut from outside the housing on the housing.
CONSTITUTION: A two-stage selection type discharge valve is constituted of the first piston 10 having the first rod 3, second piston 15 having the second rod 4 having a flow rate adjusting nut for the fine opening, first cylinder 11 inside which the top edge part of the second rod 4 intrudes, the second cylinder 16 into which an adjustor element 22 screwed with an upper part nut for adjusting the flow rate in the full opening intrudes, second valve 6 which is urged downward by a spring 14 and whose inner surface serves as the valve seat for the first valve 5, valve seat part 25 as the value seat for the second valve 6, and a housing 2 for accommodating the above-described. A projection 8 is formed on the first rod 3, and a stopper is installed at the position corresponding to the projection 8 is installed on the second valve 6, and an open port part for adjusting the flow rate adjusting nut from outside the housing 2 is installed on the housing 2.
