Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a trip cock device at an approximately fixed height by providing a variable link between a axle box body for generating a rotation displacement and a carriage frame and fitting the trip cock device on the variable link at a position hardly causing the height change.
SOLUTION: This vehicle is so constituted that a carriage frame 1 is elastically supported on an axle box body 5, the carriage frame 1 has a rotation support point of the axle box body 5 in its inside, and a trip cock device T is provided. In this case, the trip cock device T is mounted on a trip cock receiver 14, an upper link 9 whose both ends are journalled is provided between the carriage frame and the axle box body 5, the top part of the tip cock receiver 14 is journalled to an immobile point E on the upper link 9 whose height position is hardly changed, even when the axle box body 5 is rotationally displaced about its center by a load applied on the carriage frame 1, and a lower link 16 is installed between the axle box body 5 and the bottom of the trip cock receiver 14.
