The triangular wave generation device 200 includes: a triangular wave generating circuit 202 provided with an integrator circuit including an operational amplifier 58 and a capacitor 60, a first current source 50 for supplying a charging current to the capacitor 60, and a second current source 52 for drawing a discharging current from the capacitor 60; and a feedback circuit 204 which decreases an offset of a signal output from the triangular wave generating circuit 202 from a control reference voltage by controlling at least one of the current I1 supplied to the capacitor 60 by the current source 50 and the current I2 drawn from the capacitor 60 by the second current source 52 based upon the offset.
