PURPOSE: To improve cleaning performance and cleaning speed, by a method wherein a vertical shaft follows a horizontal curving and horizontal shaft follows a vertical curving, so that a driving pinion and a centrifugal braking pinion always engage with a rack at a right angle.
CONSTITUTION: A guide roller 5 follows along a rail 4, a horizontal shaft 6 rotates in a vertical curving, and a vertical shaft 7 rotates in a horizontal curving. The truck is provided with a pulling truck 13 on which a driving motor 9 is installed and a truck 8 on which a cleaning device is installed. Pinions 12a and 12b to engage with a rack 3 are attached to the guide roller 5 that can follow along the rail 4. By this, at a horizontally curving part and at a vertically curving part, the pinions 12a and 12b can be driven to travel by engaging with the rack 3 mounted on the rail 4 always at a right angle.
