Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm existence of occurrence of abnormality of causing leakage by providing the transport hose with a stopper means, whose stopper gets out of place when pressure of fluid leaking from the hose body pressure layer is added, and a mobile cylindrical body irreversibly moving toward the center by the fluid leakage.
SOLUTION: When a hose body pressure layer 4 is damaged and fluid leaks therefrom, the leaked fluid accumulates between an auxiliary pressure layer 5 and the hose body pressure layer 4, which causes the axiliary pressure layer 5 to be given force to bulge outward by pressure of leaked fluid with the result of a shear pin 8 to be given much powerful shearing force in the same direction as the contraction force of the auxiliary pressure layer 5. The shear pin 8 given such increased shearing force ruptures and a mobile cylindrical body 7 locked to a ring 3c through the shear pin 8 slides and moves on the nipple 3b toward the hose center. Because the mobile cylindrical body 7 stays in the center solely by its original contraction force even after internal pressure in the axiliary pressure layer 5 is gone, sliding of the mobile cylindrical body 7 becomes an irreversible movement.
