CONSTITUTION: Only when joint transmitting torque by a relative rotational speed difference and a temporary target value exceeds maximum permissible torque of a rotational speed difference sensing joint, limitation is given to an actuator operating amount so as to obtain the maximum permissible torque in place of the temporary target value.
