Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotator which is easily produced and does not generate any radial play or axial play.
SOLUTION: At least a part of the outer circumference on a rotator 2 made from synthetic resin has a recessed part where axial cross section is almost recess-shaped. The rotator consists of plural pieces 2A, 2B which are divided at the boundary section between the bottom and the inside of the recessed part and are adjacent to each other. An engagement hole 10 whose curvature center is on the turning shaft center is drilled in one of two divided pieces, an engagement piece 11 which engages with the engagement hole is formed on the other, and engagement faces of the engagement hole and the engagement piece are taper faces. A hole for insertion is drilled in the either of two divided pieces, and a hook 13 which is inserted into the hole for insertion and stops at the end of the hole for insertion without coming out in the axial direction is formed on the other piece.
