Title:
TRANSMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3430352
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control continuously changing transmission by providing a microcontroller connected to a sensor, a swash plate, a clutch and controlling the position of the swash plate and engagement/disengagement of a plurality of clutches based on a plurality of driving conditions.
SOLUTION: The speed ratio of an input shaft to an output shaft is controlled by the position of a movable swash plate. As a result, the ratio of the input speed to the output speed of a hydrostatic pressure unit is controlled by the pressure applied to a piston 52 of a servo 50. The pressure applied to the piston 52 is controlled by a proportional four-way valve 46 controlled by a microcontroller 22. The microcontroller 22 transmits control signals 58 to a three-way valve 60 corresponding to respective signal clutches 38, 40, 42 respectively. Each three-way valve 60 alternately pressurizes and exhausts a working hole connected to each of the clutches 38, 40, 42 by a hydraulic line 62. The hydraulic line 62 controls the engagement/disengagement of the clutches 38, 40, 42.
