PURPOSE: To easily maintain a pressure balance or transmit a pressure by disposing a depressing valve for relieving only a part of fluid having an excessive pressure into other fluid when a differential pressure exceeds a predetermined value.
CONSTITUTION: Bellows 10 are fixed at the lower end edge 10A thereof to a cover. A piston 15 having a depressing valve 20 is secured to the top of the bellows 10. When a pressure of fluid E is excessive, a piston A15 is elevated, and when the pressure is further excessive, the piston A15 reaches a top dead point, thus bringing a valve body 21 of the depressing valve 20 into contact with a valve seat 4. The valve body 21 is depressed inside the piston A15, to thus reach a bottom dead point, thereby bringing the lower end of the valve body 21 into contact with a valve seat 24A. The excessive pressure fluid E staying inside a bellows inner chamber is instantly ejected toward a side of fluid F through a cutout 25 and a relief hole 22. On the contrary, when a pressure of the fluid F becomes excessive, the piston A15 descends to thus reach the bottom dead point. Since the tip 8A of a stopper 8 is brought into contact with the valve body 21, the depressing valve 20 is further firmly closed, thereby preventing mixture of the fluid F with the fluid E.
