Abstract:
To provide a torque limiter capable of preventing the wear of both outer ring member and an inner ring member, regardless of formation material of the inner ring member, without increasing a number of components and costs.SOLUTION: A torque limiter 1 is equipped with an inner ring member 10 around which a coil spring 40 is wound on an outer peripheral surface, and an outer ring member 30 which is arranged so as to cover the inner ring member 10 and to which an end portion 40a of the coil spring 40 is fixed. The outer ring member 30 contains 20-35 pts.wt. of potassium titanate fiber in matrix resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
