Abstract:
To attain a structure excellent in responsiveness and capable of securing high durability and reliability.SOLUTION: An inward member 2 has: concave parts and convex parts alternately arranged in a circumferential direction on an outer peripheral surface of a flange part 7; and a cam surface 9 making adjacent concave part and convex part smoothly continuing to each other. An outward member 3 has a plurality of seat parts 18 in the circumferential direction. Each roller unit 4 has a roller 13 whose outer peripheral surface contacts with the cam surface 9 in a rollable manner, and a support shaft 23 penetrating a center part of the roller 13 in an axis direction. Each elastic body 5 is provided between the seat part 18 and the support shaft 23, and elastically pushes the outer peripheral surface of the roller 13 toward the cam surface 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
