Abstract:
To provide a torque limiter and a friction test device capable of preventing idle-running of an elastic body in measuring a frictional coefficient of the elastic body.SOLUTION: A torque limiter includes: a cylindrical inner rotary body to which a first shaft portion of a first shaft having the first shaft portion and a first pin portion extending in a radial direction of the first shaft portion is inserted; a cylindrical outer rotary body fitted to an outer side of the inner rotary body so that it can be relatively rotated to the inner rotary body on the same axis as the inner rotary body; and a transmission portion for transmitting torque between the inner rotary body and the outer rotary body. A plurality of first groove portions for fitting the first pin portion are formed on an end portion at one side in the axial direction of the inner rotary body. A recessed portion is formed on an end portion at the other side of the outer rotary body in the axial direction. The recessed portion is formed to be recessed from an edge at the other side of the outer rotary body to one side in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
