Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque intermittence mechanism in which torque is smoothly transmitted.SOLUTION: A torque intermittence mechanism 1 is configured such that a clutch ring 20 (rotor) and a gear 30 (opposite side rotor) relatively move in an axial direction and engage with each other, to transmit torque. The clutch ring 20 has a plurality of high teeth 25 and a plurality of low teeth 26 projecting in a radial direction. The gear 30 has: a plurality of front teeth 35 projecting with equal intervals in a circumferential direction and engaging with the high teeth 25; a plurality of rear teeth 36 individually provided between a pair of adjacent front teeth 35, and engaging with the low teeth 26 following the engagement among the front teeth 35 and the high teeth 25; and a guide 37 extending among adjacent rear teeth 36 (troughs 52, 53) and bringing leading end parts 25a of the high teeth 25 into slide contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
