Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque converter blade attachment structure capable of appropriately suppressing an oil leakage phenomenon in a portion to which a blade is attached and inappropriate backlash of the blade while avoiding faults that may deteriorate blade attachment work as much as possible.SOLUTION: A torque converter blade attachment structure includes a blade attachment hole portion 20 provided in a shell 1 or a core 2 of a turbine T or an impeller of a torque converter; and a protruding piece-shaped ratchet portion 30 provided in a blade of the turbine T or the impeller, inserted into the hole portion 20, and caulked, and further includes a cut and raised piece 21 provided continuously to an edge portion of the hole portion 20, this cut and raised piece 21 being bent to close the hole portion 20 and abutting on a caulked portion 30a of the ratchet portion 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
