Abstract:
To provide a torque amplifier in which a rotational speed may not change even if torque is increased.SOLUTION: A shaft 9 of a torque amplifier A is rotated while putting oil in an oil pressure adjustment tank C, and the oil is made to flow from the torque amplifier A to a torque amplifier B, and then the preparation is completed if an oil surface reaches 80% of the oil pressure adjustment tank. When the shaft 9 of the torque amplifier A is turned, the oil is pushed by a piston 8, passes a pipe 4 and enters a cylinder of the torque amplifier B. The piston 8 of the torque amplifier B is pushed by the oil, and the shaft 9 of the torque amplifier B is turned. The oil passes a pipe 5 and is made to flow to the oil pressure adjustment tank C being larger than the inner diameter of the cylinder of the torque amplifier B, and passes a pipe 6 and enters the cylinder of the torque amplifier A. A valve 7 is lifted by being pushed by an axial line of the piston when the piston comes close, and is lowered when the piston passes. The amplification of the torque is continued by this repetition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
