Title:
2-PHASE TRANSISTOR MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58119760
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the inertial moment of a salient-pole type rotor by setting the totoal sum of the circumferential length of the salient pole of the rotor to approx. 1/3 of the entire length of the circumference of the rotor and providing a stator coil having a phase difference of 180 deg. including part of an adjacent stator core and a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A stator 6 is annularly disposed by interposing permanent magnets 8, 8 between stator core members 6A and 6B. The members 6A or 6B is provided at 1/2 of the entire circumferential length of the stator 6. A salient-pole core type rotor 7 is disposed in the circumference of the stator 6. The total sum of the circumferential length of the salient pole 7a of the rotor 7 is set to 1/3 of the entire circumferential length of the rotor 7. The stator coils 9 and 10 of phases A and B are set to the phase difference of 180 deg. of an electric angle, and includes the ends of the adjacent members 6A, 6B and a magnet 8. In this manner, when the rotor 7 rotates, the positive periods of the voltages induced at the coils 9, 10 is longer than the negative period, and since the rotor 7 has a simple salient pole core, a 2-phase transistor motor having small inertial moment can be obtained.
