Abstract:
PURPOSE: To keep the quality of lunch to an extremely good state, by sealing the lunch together with a disoxidation agent with a gas-impermeable packaging material, and storing at 0W30°C.
CONSTITUTION: Lunch composed of cooked rice and subsidiary dish is packed together with a disoxidation agent preferably composed mainly of iron powder, with a gas-impermeable packaging material or in an air-tight container, e.g. a vinylidene chloride film or a film coated or laminated with vinylidene chloride resin and having an oxygen-permeability of e.g. ≤50ml/m2.atom.d, and stored at 0W30°C, preferably 5W10°C.
