PURPOSE: To improve productivity and reliability by forming plural narrow grooves, which go toward the inside from the peripheral part, in an attaching face part of a movable part to which an elastic supporting part is set and fitting coil terminal lines from the movable part to narrow grooves.
CONSTITUTION: Plural narrow grooves 41W46 going toward the inside from the outside peripheral part of a cylinder face of a movable coil assembly 30 are formed on an upper face 30-1 of this movable coil assembly 30, and in this case, narrow grooves 41W46 are positioned just under individual inside peripheral 14-2-1W14-2-6 to which an elastic supporting body 14 set to the upper face 30-1 is divided. Then, coil terminal lines are set to narrow grooves in the movable coil assembly level, and inside peripheral divided parts 14-2-1W14-2-6 of the elastic supporting body 14 are set and fixed to the upper face 301, and thereafter, coil terminal lines are easily fixed to inside peripheral divided parts 14-2-1W 14-2-6 by soldering.
