Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease the circuit area of a time display employing display tubes.
CONSTITUTION: Counters 21-24 count the time and minute from the clock signal CK pulses inputted to the counter 21. The counts are outputted selectively from gates 41, 42 in response to control signals s5, s6 and decoded by segment decoders 43, 44. The segment decoders 43, 44 are driven by segment drivers 45, 46 to deliver the outputs to a display section 10. Light is emitted from the segments in the display section 10 in response to the outputs from the decoders 43, 44 and a time or a minute is displayed at the display section 10.
