Abstract:
PURPOSE: To positively fasten a pipe with a reduced number of parts and i.n a simplified processing. CONSTITUTION: Four tooth parts 16a for calking a pipe at the parts equivalent to engagingly locking grooves 1b formed on a pipe mounting part 1a are projectively formed in metal dies 16 for calking and fixing the pipe to the pipe mounting part 1b. The distance B between facing parts of the tooth part 16a in the peripheral direction is larger than the peripheral distance A between the engaging cross sections 1c positioned opposite to each other in parallel in the peripheral direction in an outside face state, and smaller than the distance obtained by adding the thickness obtained by doubling the wall thickness C of the pipe to the distance A between the engaging facing cross sections 1c.
