Abstract:
A separate end piece having a rear bend portion for hooking over an ear and a front bend portion for clamping the temple is joined at its middle to the end of a straight temple by a hinge on the inner side of the temple. When the glasses having the separate end pieces joined to respective temples are worn on a face, the front bend portions are arranged to be placed in position on the respective face temples just in front of the ears while the rear bend portions are placed respectively over the back of each ear in the usual manner, to the effect of firmly holding the glasses in position against slipping.
