Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce radiant heat radiated from an inside of a reforming furnace on a burner by forming a recessed part on an inside wall of the reforming furnace and installing the burner in the recessed part. CONSTITUTION:A pilot burner 7 is attached to a ceiling of a cylindrical recessed part 11 formed on an inside wall at the top of a reforming furnace 1. Further, an air chamber 12 formed adjacent to the external periphery of the recessed part 11 to which combustion air is supplied, and a fuel chamber 13 formed adjacent to the air chamber 12 to which combustion fuel gas is supplied, are provided. Furthermore, plural fuel nozzles 14 having one end opening in the fuel chamber 13 and another end opening in the recessed part by protruding from a side surface of the recessed part 11, plural air nozzles 15 communicating the air chamber 12 to the recessed part 11, and burners 15 disposed to a side surface of the recessed part 11 directing toward the inside of the recessed part 11 and constituted of fuel nozzles 14, air nozzles 15 and attaching members thereof, are provided.
