Abstract:
To provide a fastening torque management tool (2) capable of sufficiently increasing fastening torque through it can be comparatively inexpensively manufactured from a synthetic resin, and minimizing cracking of each angular portion of an outer peripheral face of a fastening tool (hexagonal nut 30) even when it is strongly collided with an upstream face (16b) of each recessed portion (16) formed on an inner peripheral face of a storage hole, when the inner peripheral face of the storage hole (8) of a fastening tool storage portion (4) is deformed and the fastening torque management tool (2) is idled to the fastening tool (hexagonal nut 30).SOLUTION: A fastening torque management tool (2) includes a fastening tool storage portion (4) and a fastening torque application portion (6) integrally formed from a synthetic resin. The fastening tool storage portion (4) is provided with a storage hole (8) opened at its free end portion, an inner peripheral face of the storage hole (8) has a configuration that recessed portions (16) are formed on intermediate portions of side faces (15) of a regular polygonal inner peripheral face corresponding to a torque application regular polygonal outer peripheral face of the fastening tool, and a bottom surface (16a) of the recessed portion (16) and an upstream face (16b) positioned at an upstream side when observed from a fastening rotation direction, have an obtuse angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
