Abstract:
To provide items: consisting of one item which makes a wet umbrella self-standing without holding it by hand on a train seat and which, when an umbrella is used at rainy night, makes a part of the umbrella reflected by the lights of a vehicle or the like so that the presence of the umbrella-holding person is let known; another item which is a small storage and carrying bag for freely putting in and taking out a cover for enclosing a wet umbrella; and an additional item which is a device for making this bag attachable to an umbrella.SOLUTION: A columnar rubber cap 3 having an inclined angle in the bottom face is formed and is made to cover the ferrule tip part 2 of an umbrella 1. For the purpose of storing a closed wet umbrella, an enclosing cover 4 is prepared and used when an umbrella-holding person gets on a train. This prevents clothing from getting wet in the train. After the use, the enclosing cover with the wet inside is folded and stored in a small storage bag. A double coated adhesive tape for example is set on the small storage bag so that it is attachable to the inside of the umbrella. As a result, the enclosing cover can be repeatedly used and stored. A recess is provided in the outer periphery of the columnar rubber cap. With a reflective paint 37 applied to this recess, it is made to serve as an aid to traffic safety measures when the umbrella is used in walking at dark night.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
