A cylindrical body 10 is fitted on a slender stem 42 of the mandrels facing a blind fastener comprising three components having tubular body parts of the mandrels 40 and 10 and the flange 14 extending in the radial direction and extends coaxially around the center axis of the blind fastener. The mandrels have a mandrel head part to be operationally engaged with a tail end part of the body, and transmits the force while fitting the fastener. The flange extending in the radial direction is separate from the body part, and held in a crimp-engaged condition with the body parts at front end parts of the tubular bodies or in the direction thereof, and detached in the axial direction from the tail end part of the bodies.
