Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce a coefficient of friction and improve durability, by forming a Teflon coating on a surface of a thin film diaphragm body having a flange integrally formed therewith at an opening edge. CONSTITUTION:When a piston 13 is reciprocated, a diaphragm body 28 is gradually moved away from the piston 13 to be gradually brought into contact with a cylinder body 11 on a rod side of a cylinder, or it is gradually moved away from the cylinder body 11 on the rod side of the cylinder to be gradually brought into contact with the piston 13. A Teflon coating 30 is formed on a diaphragm surface of the diaphragm body 28. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce resistance upon separation and contact of the diaphragm 14 and thereby move the piston 13 quickly and smoothly.
